Mavat AI Consulting is a small Sydney business, and this policy is written the way we work: plainly.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, and anything you write about your business or project. That's it — the site has no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies.
What we use it for
We use your details for one purpose: replying to you and, if you become a client, delivering the work you've asked for. We don't add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are delivered to our business email (hosted by Google Workspace) and pass through our hosting provider (Vercel) and form-delivery service in transit. These providers process the data only to deliver it to us.
Keeping and removing it
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for working together. If you'd like anything you've sent us corrected or deleted, email us and we'll take care of it promptly.
