A clearer command centre for care operations.

Cross Care

The context

The system had to match the business.

Cross Care’s operational work spans scheduling, staff activity and service delivery. The team needed a more coherent view shaped around how managers and operational users actually run the day.

Mavat’s secure operations command centre is built in modules around Cross Care’s real systems and is being rolled out across performance reporting, recruitment, franchise enquiries and marketing visibility, with each module shaped in working sessions with the people who use it.

Two boundaries were set from the start. Patient data is deliberately excluded from the command centre, and human review is retained for incoming applications, so the system supports operational decisions without taking them over.

What Mavat built

  • A bespoke operations command-centre interface
  • Shared visibility across scheduling and service delivery
  • Modules for performance reporting, recruitment, franchise enquiries and marketing visibility
  • Patient data deliberately excluded; human review retained for incoming applications
  • Workflows shaped in sessions with operational users
  • Prototyping and iteration before delivery
  • A foundation designed for the organisation’s own processes

The result we can stand behind

Mavat designed, prototyped and delivered the system with the people who use it. Public outcome figures and testimonial language are intentionally omitted until they are approved for publication.
