Websites that bring in enquiries, not just compliments.

A fast, clear website that ranks, earns trust and hands every new enquiry to the right place in your business.

The business case

Less friction. Better visibility. A system people understand.

For most service businesses the website has one job: turn the people who find you into enquiries you can act on. Mavat designs and builds websites around that job, then connects them to the rest of the business so a new lead does not sit in an inbox waiting to be noticed.

We build with modern web technology, including Next.js, and have designed and built platforms such as [Claritute](https://claritute.com.au) and Lessio as well as this website. Sites are fast, work properly on phones and are set up to be understood by search engines from the first day.

A website is also where your Google Business Profile, directory listings and social profiles point. Getting those details consistent, and linking them together, is part of the work rather than an afterthought.

  • A fast, mobile-first site written for your customers
  • Search foundations: clean titles, structured data, sitemap and Search Console
  • Google Business Profile set up or tidied to match
  • Enquiry forms connected to your CRM, inbox or booking page

Where value is usually hiding

01

Visitors don’t turn into enquiries

Clear services, proof and a simple next step on every page, especially on phones.

02

Hard to find on Google

Technical foundations, service and location pages, and a Business Profile that matches the site.

03

Leads go missing

Send every enquiry into a system with an owner and a follow-up, not just an inbox.

How Mavat works

From operational friction to a working system.

01

Start from your customers

We work out who you want to hear from, what they search for and what they need to see before they get in touch.

02

Design and write together

Pages are drafted with your real services, photos and examples. Nothing is claimed that you haven’t confirmed.

03

Build for speed and search

Fast pages, structured data, a sitemap, Search Console and consistent business details across the web.

04

Connect and hand over

Forms feed your CRM, inbox or booking page, and the site and its hosting stay in accounts you own.

Built to be found

Search visibility starts with the basics done properly: one clear topic per page, descriptive titles and descriptions, structured data that tells Google who you are and where you work, and a sitemap submitted through Google Search Console. For local service businesses, a verified Google Business Profile with the same name, phone and website as the site matters as much as the site itself.

From there, useful content does the heavy lifting. Service pages that answer real questions, pages for the kinds of customers you serve, and guides that help people decide are what earn visibility over time. Our guides are an example of that approach.

A website that feeds your business systems

The most valuable part of a website often happens after someone clicks send. We can route enquiries into a custom CRM, a shared inbox or a booking page, and add AI automation that reads each enquiry, records the details and drafts a reply for a person to approve.

If you are a trades or home services business, see how this fits with quoting and job management on our trades and home services page.

Straight answers

Questions before you begin.

Do you only build websites for businesses you already work with?+

No. A website can be a project on its own, and it is often a sensible first step before any larger system.

Will I own the website?+

Yes. The site, its content and its hosting are set up in accounts your business controls, with no per-seat Mavat licence.

Can you help with our Google Business Profile?+

Yes. We can set up or tidy your profile so its name, phone, website, services and photos match the site, which helps local search.

Can the website connect to our CRM or booking system?+

Usually, yes. Enquiry forms can send details to a CRM, inbox or booking page, subject to what those systems allow.

How much does a website cost?+

It depends on the number of pages, the content and the integrations. The first conversation is a free fit call, and the build is quoted at a fixed price before work starts.
